The first run of the new ZipsRentals.com shirts are available for FREE to current "student" tenants. The way they get one is by replying to our "return status" email.
Current tenants are asked if they will be returning for the following Fall school year. To incentive a response, we hand out shirts.
Not returning, no problem - you still get a shirt!
